Most actions and events that occur within Callproof can be assigned a point value.  These points are earned by Sales Rep each time the action occurs.  Reports and Sales Rep rankings can be created to motive your team.&lt;br /&gt;

To change the point values, click on [[Point Values]] from the [[Home]] tab on the Navigation Bar.&lt;br /&gt;

Event Points shows an index of all actions that can be assigned points.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To change the value, click on the icon, Event Type, or Notepad for the item to update.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To change the icon, choose a file to upload and click Update.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To change the point value, delete any points under &amp;quot;Event Points for [Event]&amp;quot;. Then, add the new value.   &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you want to remove points from an Event, edit the Event and &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Delete&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; any points assigned.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

When clicking on Event Forms from the Home tab, you will see the Event Forms index page. This is a list of all the Event Forms currently setup for your account.&lt;br /&gt;

The notepad on the Contact Type line allows an administrator to edit the name.  All contacts of that type will be updated and have the new name.&lt;br /&gt;

The X on the far right after the notepad will delete the Contact Type &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;along with any contacts of that type.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;   &lt;br /&gt;

* WARNING: If a contact type is deleted, all contacts of that type will also be deleted.  Example: Contact Type &amp;quot;Dead Accounts&amp;quot; is created and old, useless contacts are added to this contact type.  When &amp;quot;Dead Accounts&amp;quot; contact type is deleted, all records with Contact Type &amp;quot;Dead Accounts&amp;quot; will be deleted along with the Contact Type.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
