Make a Call (New Web) Opens the dialer overlay from Communication → Make a Call. Does not leave the current page. Menu sentinel: /anywhere/. Call posts to /caller/anywhere/, then soft call flow under /caller/. Dial a number from the keypad. If the number is unknown, CallProof can create a contact/phone and start a browser soft call. Available to logged-in users. Real calling needs Twilio / CallProof Voice. Example: Rep dials a prospect without opening a contact first. Key options: dialpad digits, backspace, Call.

View threads, send texts, filter, and export. Login required. SMS needs company Twilio. On retail companies, also needs Can Access Text Message permission. Example: Rep opens SMS history and replies to a lead’s text thread. Key filters: date range, labels, markets, stores, account type, Twilio phone, message type, user (managers), caller search, not-responded days, order and limit

Key filters: date range (often defaults to last 7 days), call source, markets, account types, Twilio phones, call types and results, active or inactive users, order by date, duration, or rank, limits.
