After you create markets and assign users, CallProof uses them across the product:

# Filter accounts, calls, event form entries, notes, business cards, and reports by market.
# Limit what managers and reps see based on market membership and company settings.
# Assign reps in Company Directory to one or more markets.
# Support territory-based workflows for field sales teams.

== Tips and important notes ==

* Use clear market names your team will recognize (city, region, or territory).
* Duplicate market names are not allowed for the same company.
* Adding a user to a market does not create a new user—it only links an existing user to that market.
* Removing a user from a market does not delete the user from CallProof.
* Only managers can delete markets.
* Deleting a market soft-removes it from the list and clears its user links.
* You can also manage market membership from Company Directory for individual reps.
* Quick Links on Markets focus on accounts and related contact tools.
