What is Call History?
Call History shows the user call history. If the phone number is unknown to Callproof, users can quickly create a new contact or add it to an existing contact.
Creating a New Contact from Unknown Number
Clicking on an Unknown entry will give you a popup menu.
- Call Back - Call contact back
- Create Contact - Create a new contact with this phone number. User will be taken to the new contact screen.
- Add to Contact - User can select an existing contact and add the unknown number.
- Delete Call - This will remove the call from the user's call history.
