What is VOIP?

Callproof offers the ability to use VOIP service through a computer or cellphones to record and store phone calls. Recorded phone calls can be downloaded and used for training, highlight good examples, and for internal review.

With VOIP service, unique phones numbers can be created and tracked with Callproof. These numbers can be used for tracking promotions, calls to a store, or other ways.

VOIP service is an additional cost. Please consult with your Callproof rep or Support to get more details.
