After logging into Callproof, you will see a red navigation bar across the top.
Find out more details about each option below. Click on the tab name for more in depth details.
Home
Most site customization and setup is done from the Home tab.
Sales
Information about pending opportunities and the opportunity funnel are found in the Sales tab.
Dashboard
Daily activities like Followups, Event Forms, and employee rankings are found in the Dashboard tab.
Maps
Find new and current customers and opportunities using Google maps within the Maps tab.
People
Add, edit, update, search, filter, and export contacts from the People tab.
Stats
See graphic reports of employee activity from the Stats tab.
Manage report subscriptions and Callproof generated emails from the Mail tab.
Support
If a user needs help, fill out the short tech support form from the Support tab. Please be as detailed as possible to ensure quicker resolution.
