What is Delete a task?

Delete permanently removes a follow-up you no longer need.

How to navigate

Tasks → task row → Delete

Using Delete a task

1. Open Tasks.
2. Find the task.
3. Tap Delete.
4. Confirm “Are you sure you want to delete this task?”
5. Tap Yes to remove it, or Cancel to keep it.
6. If calendar sync is on, the related calendar event can also be removed.

Features include

• Delete action – On the task row.
• Confirmation alert – Prevents accidental deletes.
• Removes from list – Task disappears after success.
• Calendar cleanup – Related calendar event deletion when sync is enabled.
