What is Places?

Places is CallProof's prospecting tool. It finds businesses near your current location or a chosen address using Google Maps data.

Use it to discover new leads, view business details, save them as CallProof accounts, add them to a route, or start an appointment while you're in the field.

Allow location access for better results. CallProof uses location to show nearby places and map results; it is not stored as map browsing history.

Using Places

  • Open the Places tab.
  • Use Search or Filters (category, address/zip, radius, and more).
  • Review results in the list, or open the map to see them on Google Maps.
  • Tap a place for options: call, appointment, add to route, add to CallProof, and more.
  • On the map, use Lasso to select several places at once and add them to contacts or a route.
