What are Point Values?

Point values are the points that can be assigned to Events that occur within Callproof. These points are used for Sales Rep rankings and reports.

Point Values can be customized with unique icons or values based on company needs. Default values are provided during initial setup but can be customized as well.

Index of Point Values

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Point Values

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Point Values.
4. The Point Values page opens.
5. View the list of available point values.
6. The page displays all configured point values and their details.

Add Point Values

Click Add Point near the top right of the main info pane. Name the point (Example: Twenty Points) and give it a value (Example: 20). Click Save to save the new Point Value and proceed to the edit screen.

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Point Values

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Point Values.
4. The Point Values page opens.
5. Click the Add Point button.
6. The Add Point Value page opens.
7. Enter the required point value details.
8. Click the Save button.
9. The new point value is saved successfully and appears in the Point Values list.

Edit Point Values

To change the icon, click "choose file" to upload a custom icon. Click Update just below this to Save. The Name and Value can also be updated on the edit screen. Enter the new values and click Update to save.

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Point Values

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Point Values.
4. The Point Values page opens.
5. Locate the point value that you want to edit.
6. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the point value.
7. The Edit Point Value page opens.
8. Update the required point value details.
9. Click the Save button.
10. The point value is updated successfully.

Deleting a Point Value

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Point Values

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Point Values.
4. The Point Values page opens.
5. Locate the point value that you want to delete.
6. Click the Delete (X) icon next to the point value.
7. A confirmation message appears.
8. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
9. The point value is deleted successfully from the Point Values list.
