What is Add Opportunity?

Log in to your CallProof account. From the main navigation bar, hover over Sales. Select Funnel View. The Funnel View page opens. View the list of opportunities displayed in the sales funnel. The page displays opportunities organized by their current sales stage.

Navigation: PeopleContacts

  1. Log in to your CallProof account.
  2. From the main navigation bar, hover over People.
  3. Select Contacts.
  4. The Contacts page opens.
  5. Click the account (or contact) for which you want to create an opportunity.
  6. The account page opens.
  7. Click the Opportunities tab.
  8. Click the Add Opportunity button.
  9. The Add Opportunity page opens.
  10. Review the Account field. This field is populated automatically.
  11. Enter an Opportunity Name, if required.
  12. Select an Opportunity Stage.
  13. Select an Opportunity Type.
  14. If you are a manager, select the Rep who owns the opportunity.
  15. Enter the Value of the opportunity.
  16. Enter the Probability (1–100%), if required.
  17. Select the Close Date.
  18. Enter Notes, if required.
  19. If your company uses the People tab, select Opportunity Personnel, if required.
  20. To associate additional accounts with the opportunity, click Add More Account.
  21. Complete any custom opportunity fields, if available.
  22. Click the Save button.
  23. A confirmation message appears, and the opportunity is added successfully.
  24. The new opportunity is available on the Opportunities tab of the account and under SalesOpportunities and SalesCurrent Funnel.
