Event Form Entries
Event Form Entries are completed or in-progress event forms submitted for accounts. Use this page to search entries, review submitted information, edit or delete entries, update completion status, print entry details, and export results for reporting.
Navigation: Dashboard → Event Form Entries
Note: In some companies, this menu appears as Dashboard & Reports → Event Form Entries.
- Log in to your CallProof account.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over Dashboard.
- Select Event Form Entries.
- The Event Form Entries page opens.
- The page displays submitted event forms with information such as:
- Event Form name
- Account
- Created By
- Created Date
- Distance
- Points
- Completed Date
- Completed status
- Click the Expand (arrow) icon to view the complete entry details.
Search and Filter Entries
Use the search panel to locate specific event form entries.
- Open Event Form Entries.
- Configure one or more search filters:
- Event Form
- User (Managers and Market Managers)
- Show Inactive Users
- Markets
- Start Date / End Date
- Start Completed Date / End Completed Date
- Type
- Sort
- Completed (Completed, Not Completed, or Both)
- Keyword
- Click Search.
- The matching event form entries are displayed.
- Use the page navigation controls to move between result pages.
Add Event Form Entry
Note: Event Form Entries are created from an account rather than from the Event Form Entries page.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over People.
- Select Contacts.
- Open the account where you want to submit the event form.
- Click the Event Forms tab.
- Click Add Event Form.
- Select the event form to complete.
- The event form entry page opens.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Save.
- The entry is saved and appears under Event Form Entries.
Edit Event Form Entry
- Open Dashboard → Event Form Entries.
- Search for the entry you want to edit.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- Alternatively, open the related account and edit the entry from the Event Forms tab.
- The Edit Event Form Entry page opens.
- Update the required fields.
- Click Save.
- The updated information is saved and displayed in the entry list.
Delete Event Form Entry
- Open Dashboard → Event Form Entries.
- Locate the entry you want to delete.
- Click the Delete (red X) icon.
- Alternatively, delete the entry from the account's Event Forms tab.
- Confirm the deletion.
- The entry is permanently removed from the account and the Event Form Entries list.
Export Event Form Entries
- Open Dashboard → Event Form Entries.
- Select an Event Form in the search filters.
- Apply any additional filters as needed.
- Click Search.
- Click Export Event Forms Report.
- The Export Event Forms page opens.
- Click Export Event Forms.
- Confirm the export if prompted.
- The report is generated in the background.
- When processing is complete, an email containing the download link is sent to you.
- You can also access completed exports from your user Exports list.
Additional Actions
From the Event Form Entries page, you can also:
- Click the Completed / Not Completed icon to change the completion status.
- Click the Print icon to generate a PDF version of the event form entry.
- Click the Account name to open the related account.
- Click the Expand icon to view all submitted field values.
Notes
- Export is available only to users with export permission.
- An Event Form must be selected before the Export Event Forms Report option becomes available.
- For recurring exports, use Schedule Event Form Entries Export.
- Managers and Market Managers can search entries across multiple users and markets.
