Teams
What is Teams?
Teams is CallProof’s internal team communication and collaboration screen. Use it to stay connected with teammates in the field through asynchronous video messaging, groups, member status, badges, streaks, and sales goals.
From Teams you can chat one-to-one or in groups, see who is active, and motivate the team—without leaving the CallProof app.
Video messaging may require a CallProof upgrade / feature enablement for your organization. If it is not available, contact your administrator or request an upgrade when prompted.
- Log into the CallProof app.
- Open the Mobile Home (Dashboard) tab.
- In the top navigation, tap Teams.
- The Team screen opens with your teammate and group list.
- Tap a person or group to open video messaging / conversation.
- Use the + (add) button to Create Group or Add User (when available).
- Use search and sort to find teammates quickly.
- Tap Back to return to Home.
Using Teams
- From Home, tap Teams.
- Browse teammates and groups in list or grid view.
- Optional: search by name, or sort by Last Conversation, Alphabetical, or Productivity.
- Tap a teammate to open a one-to-one video conversation (when video is enabled).
- Tap a group to open group video messaging and group info.
- Record or send a video message so teammates can watch and reply when convenient.
- Open member details to see profile, streaks, goals, and related actions (call, message, email when available).
- Create a group, add members, edit group details, leave, or delete (admin options) as needed.
- Pull down to refresh the team list.

- Group video messaging – Communicate with multiple teammates in a shared group conversation.
- Create Group – Start a new team group for coaching, updates, or shared wins.

- Badges and Streaks – Gamification features to motivate and track sales activity when enabled.
- Sales goals / productivity – View goal progress and productivity-related sorting when available.

Note
Teams features depend on your company plan and settings. Asynchronous video messaging, create group, add user, badges, and streaks may not be visible to every user. Ask your CallProof administrator if you need access.
