Mail Campaigns

Mail Campaigns allow managers to enable or disable company-wide automated email campaigns such as activity reports, task reminders, appointment summaries, and SMS notifications.

Enabling a campaign makes it available for the company. Individual users who receive each email are managed through Subscriptions and My Subscriptions.

User	Access
Logged-in User	Requires Mail Campaign permission.
Manager	Full access to Mail Campaigns.
User without Mail Campaign Permission	Cannot access the page.

1. Log in to CallProof.
2. Hover over Mail.
3. Click Campaigns.
4. The Mail Campaigns page opens.
5. Review the available company subscriptions.

Company Subscriptions

The page displays all available email campaigns.

Campaign	Purpose
Rep Daily Activity Report	Sends a daily activity summary to sales representatives.
Manager Daily Activity Report	Sends daily team activity reports to managers.
Manager Summary Report	Sends summary activity reports to managers.
Manager Scheduled Report	Sends recurring manager production reports.
Daily Task Reminders	Sends reminders for follow-up tasks.
Appointment & Activities	Sends appointment and activity summary emails.
Text Message Emails	Sends email notifications for incoming SMS messages (Twilio companies only).

Update Mail Campaigns

Enable or disable automated email campaigns for the company.

1. Open Mail Campaigns.
2. Check the campaigns you want to enable.
3. Clear the campaigns you want to disable.
4. For Manager Scheduled Report, select the weekly start day if available.
5. Click Update.
6. A confirmation message indicates that the campaign settings have been updated.

Rep Daily Activity Report

Enable daily activity digests for sales reps so they can receive a summary of their work by email. Must be on at company level before individual “Daily Report” subscriptions do anything.

Manager Daily Activity Report

Enable daily activity emails for managers (team-level overview). Used with per-user manager subscriptions and optional extra email addresses on My Subscriptions.

Manager Summary Report

Enable the manager summary email (rollup of key activity). Turn this on so the right managers can subscribe and get a condensed view without opening dashboards every day.

Manager Scheduled Report

Enable the recurring manager scheduled/production-style report for the company. This is the built-in manager report pipeline (related to Manager Report / generate now), not Custom Reports.

Weekly Schedule

Set which day starts the weekly report cycle so the emailed period matches how your company defines the week.

• Monday

This setting determines the beginning of the reporting week.

Daily Task Reminders

Enable automatic emails that remind reps about follow-ups/tasks. Keeps due work visible in the inbox, not only inside the Followups screen. Send automatic reminder emails for scheduled follow-up tasks.

Appointment & Activities

Enable a weekly appointment/activity digest so recipients get a summary of appointments and related activity without logging in every day. Send appointment and activity summary emails to subscribed users.

Text Message Emails

Enable email alerts when an incoming SMS arrives. Useful when people need to know about texts even if they aren’t watching the SMS screen. Not shown if the company does not use Twilio. Send email notifications whenever incoming SMS messages are received.

• This option is available only for companies using Twilio.

Notes

• Mail Campaigns act as the company-wide master switch for automated emails.
• Individual recipients are configured separately through Subscriptions and My Subscriptions.
• Disabling a campaign stops that email type for the entire company.
• Enabling a campaign does not automatically subscribe users.
• Manager Scheduled Report supports selecting either Sunday or Monday as the weekly reporting start day.
• Text Message Emails are available only when Twilio integration is enabled.
• Users without Mail Campaign permission cannot access this page.
• Managers typically manage company-wide campaign settings.
