Mark complete/incomplete
What is Mark complete/incomplete?
Mark complete checks off a follow-up when work is done. You can mark it incomplete again if needed.
Tasks → task row → Mark Complete / Mark Incomplete (or completion control)
Using Mark complete/incomplete
- Open Tasks.
- On a Not Completed task, tap Mark Complete.
- Confirm “Are you sure you want to mark this complete?”
- The task moves to Completed.
- On a Completed task, tap Mark Incomplete and confirm to reopen it.
Features include
- Mark Complete confirmation – Prevents accidental completion.
- Mark Incomplete confirmation – Lets you reopen work.
- Status sync – Updates CallProof task status.
- List movement – Completed tasks appear under Completed; incomplete under Not Completed.
- Home task popup – Home may also prompt for completed tasks for the day when enabled.
