What is Calendar sync?
When Google / Microsoft / Apple calendar sync is enabled in Settings, tasks and follow-ups can be sent to your calendar.
Settings → Calendar Sync (Google / Microsoft / Apple) Then create or edit tasks in Tasks
Using Calendar sync
- Enable calendar sync in Settings.
- Grant calendar permission if prompted.
- Create or edit a task/follow-up in Tasks.
- Check your calendar for the scheduled follow-up.
- Deleting a task can also remove the related calendar event.
Features include
- Google / Microsoft / Apple – Supported calendar providers when configured.
- Task → calendar – Follow-ups appear as calendar items.
- Edit / delete sync – Changes can update or remove calendar events.
- Settings controlled – Must be enabled per user/device.
