The Sales Tab is used to add Opportunities and view the company funnel. This can be customized to meet company needs.
Contents
Accounts (New web)
Central CRM list of contact records. Search, filter, map or lasso select, open detail, add or edit accounts, assign reps, change account type, create tasks or opportunities, import, and export. Login required for list, search, add, and edit. Some actions such as certain deletes or phone export are manager-oriented. When People Tab is on, an account can have personnel people under it, with roles, phones, notes, tasks, opportunities, images, and files. Example: Rep filters by city, opens an account, adds a person, logs a note, then selects nearby accounts on the map to create a route. Key filters: free text, users, account type, city, account number, state, zip, region, country, sort, max results, created or last-contacted dates, route, labels, custom fields, event form and dates, and role when People Tab is on. Related: source for Routes and Find Duplicates; links to Companies, Account Types, Roles, Places, Business Cards, DNC, and Labels. Import paths often used from

Find New Leads (New web)
People menu item is usually labeled Find New Leads. This is the Google Places map screen for finding nearby businesses and adding them into CallProof as Accounts or Contacts. Search by keyword, category, and address. Results appear as map pins. Use radius or lasso to select places, add them one by one or in bulk to the database, then optionally create a route from the selection. Managers can save and reload searches; saved searches are at /map/places_saved_searches/. Login required for the map. Saved Searches is often manager-only in the menu. Managers and market managers get user filters on saved searches. Assigning users when creating a route is manager-oriented. Example: Rep searches coffee near an address, filters category, draws a 10-mile radius, adds selected pins as Prospects, then creates a route for the day’s visits. Key filters and options: search query, Google place category, address, radius (commonly 5 / 10 / 20 miles), max results, lasso selection, save/load search. Company setting can choose Google Places vs another location search type.

Routes (New web)
Named visit plans with an ordered list of accounts or contacts assigned to one or more reps. Supports map drawing, reordering stops, viewing, editing, and PDF print lists. Routes can also be created from Accounts map selection or more-actions. Login required. Managers can filter by user, assign multiple users, and manage routes more broadly. Reps typically work with their own routes. Example: Manager builds North Tuesday route, assigns reps; reps open the route, optimize stop order on the map, and print a PDF for the day. Key filters: users, show inactive users, sort by date or route name, created date range. Related: built from Accounts/Contacts selections; contact search can filter by route. Separate from Map Places. Key screens: /route/, /route/new/, /route/edit/id/, /route/view/id/, map and save endpoints, PDF list.

Key filters: name, title, company, address, website, email, start/end date, sort by date added or reverse, max results, users, show inactive users, markets. Card details commonly show: created username, company name, linked contact company, linked contact person, created date, last updated date.

Find and Merge Duplicate Account (New web)
Menu may show as Find & Merge Duplicate Accounts. Older label Duplicates 2.0 may still appear in Quick Links. Finds duplicate contact or account records using company-selected match rules, then lets users merge, bulk merge, mark never merge, remove a pair, or export. Merge keeps the chosen master record and moves related phones, calls, follow-ups, emails, and other linked data onto it. Analysis can run as a background scheduled scan. Login required at the page level. Menu visibility may still be limited to managers by company menu settings. Example: Ops enables company name and phone matching, runs analysis, and merges duplicate Acme LLC records into one account while keeping the best address and phone. Key options: match on company name, company address, company phone, company email, contact phone, contact email, account number, contact number. Filters can lock while a scan is running. Pagination applies to results. Related: cleans the same Contact records used by Accounts/Contacts and Routes. Complements import duplicate prevention. Separate from Tools-side people conversion merge tools.
