What are Followups?
User's can see their followups history and appointment history from here.
Two tabs are available on the top of the screen.
- Followups - Shows history of followups. Clicking on a contact will bring up the Contact Options and allow users to view, edit, update, add notes, etc.
- Appt History - Shows the history of appointments. This will be all times a user has checked into and out of an appointment. Clicking on a contact will bring up the Contact Options and allow users to view, edit, update, add notes, etc. Clicking the Future checkbox on top will show all appointments that were scheduled as future appointments. This feature is tied to Google Calendar and is beta testing.
