Dashboard

Screen purpose: Your home overview after login — see activity counts for the selected date range, recent team activity, a leaderboard, and (for managers) where reps are on the map.

CallProof Dashboard
  • Filter by date (and by rep / market if you are a manager)
  • Review KPI cards: Events, Outbound Calls, Tasks, Appointments, Emails
  • Watch Recent Events as they come in
  • Check the Leaderboard
  • View locations on the map (team view for managers; your location / nearby contacts for reps)

Screen title: Dashboard

Browser title: Dashboard

Address: /dash/rep/

How to open the Dashboard

Option A — After login

  1. Sign in to CallProof.
  2. You are usually taken to the Dashboard at /dash/rep/ (after any required Terms of Service step).

Option B — Main menu / home

  1. Click the Dashboard / home entry in the sidebar or menu.

Option C — Direct address

  1. Go to your CallProof site and add /dash/rep/.
  2. Press Enter.

Permissions

  • You must be signed in.
  • If you have not accepted the Terms of Service, CallProof may send you to /tos/ first.
  • Reps see their own activity and map context.
  • Managers and market managers can filter by Rep and Market, and see team locations on the map.

KPI cards

Five clickable cards load counts for the selected filters:

Card Opens
TOTAL EVENTS Events list — /dash/events/
OUTBOUND CALLS Call History — /calls/all/
TASKS Tasks / Follow-ups — /followups/
APPOINTMENTS Appointments — /appointments/
EMAILS Email Inbox — /em/

Map

  • Managers / market managers: markers for reps who have location data in the date range. Click a marker for more detail.
  • Reps: your current location (browser may ask permission). May also show nearby contacts when available.

Recent Events

  • Live-style feed of recent team activity (who did what).
  • Names often link to the Events list or related account/event form pages.
  • Refreshes automatically about every 60 seconds.

Leaderboard

  • Rankings for the selected date range (and manager filters when set).
  • Also refreshes with the Recent Events refresh cycle.

Why the Dashboard matters

Action Purpose When to use it
Scan KPI cards See volume at a glance for the period. Morning check-in / end-of-day review.
Filter by rep / market Focus coaching on one person or territory. Managers only.
Open a card Jump straight into Events, Calls, Tasks, Appointments, or Email. Drill into details.
Watch Recent Events Spot new activity without opening every module. Live team monitoring.
Use the map See where the field team is (or was) during the date range. Dispatch and coaching.

Filter the Dashboard

  4. Click Clear to reset filters.

Steps — managers / market managers

  1. Optionally check Show Inactive Users.
  2. Choose a Rep and/or Market.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Confirm the cards and map reflect that selection.

  1. Apply filters if needed.
  2. Review markers for reps with known locations in the date range.
  3. Click a marker to open location / user details.

Reps

  1. Allow location access if the browser asks.

Good to know

  • If location permission is denied, the map may be limited.
  • Map data depends on location history / current GPS for the selected period.

Related screen: Events list

Screen title: Events

Address: /dash/events/

Opened from the TOTAL EVENTS card (or from links in Recent Events). Use it for a fuller event list with its own filter. Export may be available from that Events screen when your company allows it.

Typical workflow

  1. Open /dash/rep/ after login.
  2. Confirm the date range (month-to-date by default).
  3. Managers: pick a Rep or Market if needed → Update.
  4. Scan the five KPI cards.
  5. Check Recent Events and the Leaderboard.
  6. Click a card or event link when you need details.
  7. Use the map for field context.

Tips and important notes

  • Dashboard is the main landing page for most users after login.
  • Counts follow your filters — a narrow date range or one rep will change every card.
  • Recent Events and Leaderboard refresh about once a minute while the page stays open.
  • KPI cards are shortcuts; they do not replace the full module screens.
  • Accept Terms of Service first if CallProof redirects you to /tos/.
  • Allow location for the best map experience, especially as a rep.

Need help?

  • Cards show blank or zero: widen the date range and click Update; confirm activity exists for that period
  • Cannot see Rep / Market filters: those appear for managers and market managers
  • Map empty: check date range, location history, and browser location permission
  • Sent to Terms of Service: accept TOS, then return to the Dashboard
