Routes
What are Routes?
Routes help you plan and visit accounts in order for field work. Build a stop list, optimise the path, save routes for later, and assign them to reps.
From the Routes screen, use Current Route for today’s stops or Saved Routes to load a saved plan (My Routes, All Routes, or Assigned Routes). Add accounts from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map (including lasso).
Allow location access when prompted. CallProof uses it for map and optimise results so you can visit accounts more efficiently.
Bottom tab bar → Routes Opens Current Route / Saved Routes.
Other ways to add stops:
- Accounts → Add to Route
- Places / map (including lasso) → Add to Route
- Tasks → Add to Route on a follow-up
- Route map tools → add nearby accounts when available
Using Routes
- Open Routes.
- Use Current Route for today’s stops, or Saved Routes to load My Routes / All Routes / Assigned Routes.
- Add accounts from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map (including lasso).
- Open Map View to see stops on the map.
- Optimise the visit order if needed.
- Save the route for later, or Clear to start fresh.
- Reorder or remove stops as needed.
- Assign a saved route to other reps when available.
- Tap a stop for call, appointment, directions, open account, and more.
Features include
- Current Route – Active stop list for today; accounts you add appear here in visit order.
- Saved Routes – Reusable routes: My Routes, All Routes / Assigned Routes.
- Add Accounts to a Route – Add stops from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map (including lasso).
