Viewing Markets
Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets
- Log in to your CallProof account.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
- In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
- The Markets page opens.
- View the list of available markets.
- The page displays all configured markets and their details.
Adding a Market
Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets
- Log in to your CallProof account.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
- In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
- The Markets page opens.
- Click the Add Market button.
- The Add Market page opens.
- Enter the required market details.
- Click the Save button.
- The new market is saved successfully and appears in the Markets list.
Editing a Market
Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets
- Log in to your CallProof account.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
- In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
- The Markets page opens.
- Locate the market that you want to edit.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the market.
- The Edit Market page opens.
- Update the required market details.
- Click the Save button.
- The market is updated successfully.
Deleting a Market
Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets
- Log in to your CallProof account.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
- In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
- The Markets page opens.
- Locate the market that you want to delete.
- Click the Delete (X) icon next to the market.
- A confirmation message appears.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
- The market is deleted successfully from the Markets list.
Managing Market Users
Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets
- Log in to your CallProof account.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
- In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
- The Markets page opens.
- Locate the market that you want to manage.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the market.
- The Edit Market page opens.
- To add a user to the market, click the Add User link and select the required user.
- To remove a user from the market, click the Delete (X) icon next to the user's name.
- Click the Update button to save any market changes, if applicable.
