Call Account
What is Call Account?
Call Account places a phone call to the account from CallProof so activity can be tracked.
Accounts → Call button on row or More menu → Call (Twilio options when enabled)
Using Call Account
- Find the account.
- Tap Call.
- If multiple numbers exist, select the number to dial.
- Complete the call in the phone/Twilio flow.
- Call activity can appear in history/reporting.
Features include
- Quick call button – Call directly from the Accounts list.
- Multiple numbers – Choose among available phones.
- Twilio calling – Available when Twilio is enabled.
- Tracked calls – Helps CallProof reporting when calling from the app.
