What are Notes?
Notes store free-text comments and visit details on an account.
Accounts → More menu → Notes or Notes section in View account details
Using Notes
- Open Notes for the account.
- Add a new note.
- Save.
- Review older notes anytime on the account.
Features include
- Add note – Capture visit details or comments.
- View notes – Read prior notes on the account.
- Account history – Notes remain attached to the company record.
