Submit Support Request
support → Submit Support Request provides a direct way for logged-in users to contact the CallProof support team about technical, account, billing, mobile-app, or VOIP-related issues.
It allows the user to:
Classify the request by category so support can quickly understand the affected area. Describe the problem, question, or requested service in detail. Specify whether support should respond by phone, email, or not contact them. Submit a VOIP request through the Request VOIP shortcut, which automatically selects the VOIP category. Send relevant company, user, contact preference, and request details directly to the CallProof support email recipients. The request is sent by email and is not saved as an in-app support ticket. Users therefore cannot view ticket status or support-request history inside CallProof. The Support Request page allows any logged-in user to submit a support request directly to the CallProof support team.
Note:
- For companies without Twilio, the **Phone Numbers** menu is replaced with **Request VOIP**, which opens:
When submitted, the request is emailed to:
- support@callproof.com
- robert@callproof.com
The user's email address is automatically used as the Reply-To address.
After successful submission, CallProof displays **"Support request sent"** and redirects the user to the Dashboard.
