What are Suggested prompts?
Suggested prompts are one-tap starter questions on CallProof AI, grouped by sales category.
CallProof AI → tap a category chip → tap a prompt
Using Suggested prompts
- Open CallProof AI.
- Tap a category such as Lead Generation, Route Tracking, or Task Tracking.
- Choose a suggested question.
- AI sends that prompt and returns an answer.
- Or type your own question instead.
Features include
- Lead Generation – Find new leads by industry, miles, or zip.
- Route Tracking – Ask what’s next on your route.
- Task Tracking – Today’s tasks, missed appointments, overdue follow-ups.
- Account Management – Accounts needing follow-up or not contacted recently.
- Client Insights – Neglected clients needing visits.
- Calls & Messages – Recent calls, missed calls, transcripts, CallProof Voice counts.
- Team Management – Manager-only prompts for team activity and appointments.
- Role-based lists – Managers see Team Management; reps see the standard set.
