People
What are People?
People are individual contacts that belong under a company account.
Accounts → More menu → People / Contacts or People section in View account details
Using People
- Open People for the account.
- View individuals linked to the company.
- Add or edit a person (name, title, phone, email) when available.
- Use a person for calls, emails, or scheduling as needed.
Features include
- People list – Contacts under the company.
- Add / edit person – Maintain individual contact details.
- Phones and emails – Per-person communication info.
- Account association – People stay linked to the company account.
