- The Opportunities board appears.
- Open another Funnel page such as Opportunities Report, Opportunity Stages, or Opportunity Types.
- Use menu or links that return you to the Opportunities board when available.
- Or go directly to
/funnel/new/.

- You must be signed in.
- All signed-in users with access can view the board for opportunities they are allowed to see.

- If you are a manager, click the opportunity name to edit it.
Move an opportunity to another stage
- Find the opportunity card.
- Drag the card to a different stage column.
- Drop it in the new stage.
- CallProof updates the stage, probability (from the stage), and history.
- Stage counts and values update on the board.
- Totals refresh as needed when you reload or recalculate.
Tip: Dropping a card in the same stage does nothing.

- When finished, return to the board to review imported opportunities.
New opportunities are usually created from an account, not from an empty board slot.
- Open Accounts / Contacts.
- Open the account.
- Choose Add Opportunity (or the opportunity action for that account).
- Fill opportunity name, stage, type, value, dates, and other fields.
- Save.
- Return to Opportunities (
/funnel/new/) to see it in the matching stage column.
Related Funnel setup screens
Managers often configure the funnel elsewhere, then use this board daily:
- Opportunities Report —
/funnel/opps/ - Opportunity Stages —
/funnel/oppstages/ - Opportunity Types —
/funnel/opptypes/ - Opportunity Fields —
/funnel/opps/fields/list/
After you use this screen
- Stage moves update opportunity stage and probability.
- A history record is kept when a stage changes.
- Filters stay in your session until you change or clear them.
- Date filters may also restore from saved browser cookies for your email when you reopen the page.
Tips and important notes
- Total Derived is value weighted by probability (roughly value × probability %).
- Stage colors come from your company’s Opportunity Stages setup.
- If a stage column is empty, no matching opportunities are in that stage for the current filter.
- Managers edit opportunities from the card name; reps typically edit from the account or other allowed screens.
- Drag-and-drop requires a mouse/trackpad (or equivalent); drop into the destination stage column.
- Import is limited to managers and market managers.
- User and Markets filters appear only for managers / market managers.
- Keep stages and types set up before relying on the board for daily pipeline work.
Need help?
- Board empty: widen or clear filters; confirm opportunities exist for your company
- Cannot edit opportunity name: you may not be a manager—open the account or ask a manager
- Cannot import: confirm you are a manager or market manager
- Stage move failed: refresh and try again, or ask support
