Callproof Mobile App Accounts Page

What are Mobile Contacts?

CallProof contacts (Accounts) can be seen and interacted with from the Accounts tab on the bottom navigation. From here, accounts can be searched by a number of fields and sorted as needed.

Use the search bar at the top to search for accounts. Tap the menu icon next to the search bar to choose which Search Fields to use. You can also add a new account with the Add Account button.

Using Search Filters

The Accounts screen lets you choose which fields to search against. Tap the menu icon beside the search bar to open Search Fields. Select one or more fields, then enter your search words in the search bar.

Available Search Fields include:


  • Company Name
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Street
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Account
  • Parent Company
  • Business Type
  • County
  • Country
  • Region


By default, Company Name, First Name, and Last Name are selected. Your selected Search Fields are saved and will remain what you used last. Many reps select Company Name once and rarely change the filters again. Others searching for a specific street or zip code can turn on the matching field when needed.


If searching for a specific company or city, use quotation marks around the name for better results. (Example: "The Book Store" will find the company The Book Store among the first results returned, assuming the Company Name search field is selected.)


Some Search Filter examples are given below:


Search Fields: First Name, City;

Results shown would be accounts where John matches in First Name or City (both selected fields are searched with the same word).


Search Fields: Company Name, Zip;

Search words: State Farm

Results shown would be accounts where State Farm matches in Company Name or Zip.

Results shown would be all accounts with a street address containing the word "Main".

Search words: Used Car

Results shown would be all accounts with a company that has Car OR Used in the title.

Results shown would be all accounts with a company that has "Used Car" in the title.


Tip: Select only the Search Fields that apply to what you are looking for. Fewer fields usually return cleaner results and can speed up search times.


Additional filters are available from the settings/filter icon on the Accounts screen. From there you can choose:


  • All Accounts or Only My Accounts
  • Sort by
  • Account Types
  • Custom Fields (and related data fields such as Parent Company, Employee Count, Annual Sale, County, and Labels)


Use Clear All Filters when you want to reset and start over.
