Routes

What are Routes?

Routes help you plan and visit accounts in order for field work. Build a stop list, optimise the path, save routes for later, and assign them to reps.

From the Routes screen, use Current Route for today’s stops or Saved Routes to load a saved plan (My Routes, All Routes, or Assigned Routes). Add accounts from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map (including lasso).

Allow location access when prompted. CallProof uses it for map and optimise results so you can visit accounts more efficiently.

Add Accounts to a Route turns CallProof accounts into ordered stops on your current route.

How to navigate

Using Add Accounts to a Route

  1. Find an account in Accounts, Places, Tasks, or on the map.
  2. Tap Add to Route.
  3. Confirm success (or read any alert if the account is already on the route / route is full).

  5. Repeat until your day’s stops are ready.

Using Actions on Each Stop

  1. Open Current Route.
  2. Tap the stop/account you are visiting.
  3. Choose an action:
    • Call / Message / Email
    • Start an appointment / check in
    • Get directions
    • Open full account details
    • Add notes or other account tools when available
  4. Continue to the next stop when finished.
