What is Tasks?
Tasks (also called Follow-ups) are reminders to contact or follow up with an account. Use them to plan calls, visits, and next steps.
From the Tasks and Follow-ups screen, you can view pending and completed work, filter by type or date, mark items complete, edit details, add tasks to a route, and create new tasks.
Tasks can be linked to an account, given a type and priority, scheduled for a date/time, assigned to a rep, and synced to the calendar when calendar sync is set up.
Using Tasks
- Open the Tasks tab.
- Switch between Not Completed and Completed.
- Open Filters to narrow by task type, priority, and start/end date.
- Review each task—account name, type, date/time, notes, and status.
- Mark complete, edit, delete, or add the related account to a route.
- Use Add to create a new task or follow-up for an account.
Features include
View Pending and Completed
See open tasks under Not Completed and finished ones under Completed.
View task details
Each item shows the linked account, follow-up date/time, task type, priority, notes, and completion status.
Filters
Narrow the list by:
- Task type — Call, Visit, Email, etc. (your company's types)
- Priority — priority levels defined for your company
- Start date / End date — tasks in a date range
Filters can be saved for your next visit.

- Follow-up date and time
- Duration
- Task type and priority
- Scheduled with (person at the company, when available)
- Assign to (managers can assign to another rep)
- Notes
- Recurring options when available
- Mark completed only if the work is already done
