What is CallProof AI?
CallProof AI helps sales reps work smarter in the field. Ask questions about accounts, follow-ups, leads, and tasks; get help writing emails and SMS; and use Sales Coach prompts for guidance.
AI is available only when enabled for your company and user. If the AI button is not visible on Home, contact your administrator to enable AI access.
- Log into the CallProof app.
- Open the Mobile Home (Dashboard) tab.
- In the top navigation, tap AI.
- The CallProof AI / Sales Coach screen opens in full screen.
- Start a chat by typing a question, tapping a suggested prompt, or using voice (when available).
- Use the menu (history / side menu) to open past chats or start a new conversation when available.
- Close or dismiss the screen to return to Home.
Other ways AI can appear:
- From Accounts, message/email actions may open CallProof AI assistance for SMS or email.
- From contact / appointment screens, AI help may appear for messages, notes, or summaries when enabled.
- Managers with prompt access can open AI Virtual Assistant settings to customize assistant instructions (when permitted).
Using CallProof AI
- From Home, tap AI.
- Choose a suggested prompt or type your own question (for example: accounts that need follow-up, tasks for today, or where to go next).
- Review the AI response in the chat.
- Take action from results when shown (open an account, complete a task, build a route, send a message, and similar options).
- Optional: use voice input, attach an image (when available), give thumbs up/down feedback, copy text, or read aloud.
- For email/SMS writing, open AI from the account message or email flow, edit the draft, then send or use the text.
Features include

- Show me all the tasks I have for today
- Where should I go next?
- Text chat – Type a question and send it to AI.

- Account and lead suggestions – AI can return nearby or relevant accounts/places to visit or follow up.
- Tasks from AI – View today’s tasks and mark or manage them from AI results when shown.
- Email AI assistance – Draft or improve email text from the email/account flow, then send or use the generated text.
- SMS / Message AI assistance – Draft or improve text messages, then send or use the generated message.
- Feedback – Rate AI answers (for example thumbs up/down) to improve quality.
- Copy / read aloud – Copy AI text or listen to responses when those actions are available.

Note
CallProof AI depends on your organization settings, AI feature flags, and permissions. Features such as Sales Coach, chat suggestions, email/SMS assistance, and Virtual Assistant prompt editing may not all be visible to every user.
