What are Notifications?

Notifications controls what CallProof alerts you receive for video messages, Academy updates, routes, and device delivery timing.

How to navigate

Settings → Notifications

Using Notifications

1. Open Notifications from Settings.
2. Turn each notification type on or off.
3. Open Device Notifications to choose when push alerts are delivered.
4. Return to Settings when finished.

Features include

• Video Message – Alerts for team video messages.
• Video Message Email – Email notifications for video messages.
• CallProof Academy – Alerts when new Academy content is available.
• Allow Outside Video Message – Allow video messages from outside your usual team scope when enabled.
• Allow Routes Notification – Alerts related to routes.
• Device Notifications – Choose delivery timing (for example Off, Immediately, Every Hour).

What are Device Notifications?

Device Notifications sets how often CallProof sends push notifications to your phone.

How to navigate

Settings → Notifications → Device Notifications

Using Device Notifications

1. Open Device Notifications.
2. Select a delivery option from the list.
3. Selection is saved to your app settings.

Features include

• Delivery options – Server-provided choices such as Off, Immediately, or timed intervals.
• Saved preference – Your selection applies to future push notifications.
