What is Message / SMS?
Message / SMS sends a text message to an account phone number from CallProof.
Accounts → Message button or More / messaging options (AI message help may appear when enabled)
Using Message / SMS
- Tap Message on an account.
- Select a phone number if more than one exists.
- Write the SMS (or use AI assistance when offered).
- Send the message.
Features include
- SMS to account – Text the selected phone number.
- Number picker – Choose among phones when multiple exist.
- AI message help – Draft assistance when CallProof AI is enabled.
- Twilio messaging – Used when messaging integration is enabled.
