Rep Subscriptions
Rep Subscriptions lets managers control which users receive automated CallProof email notifications. Company-level email campaigns must first be enabled under Mail Campaigns; this screen determines which individual users receive each enabled email. The list displays every user along with their current subscription status for each report type. Managers can quickly audit subscriptions, edit user preferences, or unsubscribe users from all automated email notifications.
- Log in → hover Mail → Subscriptions
- **URL:** `/mail/users/`
- **Page title:** CallProof :: Rep Subscriptions
- **Menu:** Mail → Subscriptions *(manager-only)*
- **Sidebar:** Queue | Campaigns | Subscriptions | My Subscriptions | My Email
| User | Access |
|---|---|
| Manager | View all company users and edit any user's subscriptions |
| Market Manager | View users within assigned markets and search active/inactive users |
| Standard User | Cannot access this page. Use My Subscriptions instead. |
- Log in as a manager.
- Hover over Mail.
- Select Subscriptions.
- The Rep Subscriptions page opens.
- Review each user's current subscription status.
- Click a user name or the Edit icon to manage that user's subscriptions.

Locate specific users before editing their email subscriptions.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|

| User | Select a specific active user |
| Show Inactive Users | Switch the user list to inactive users |
- Select any desired search filters.
