What is Email AI assistance?
Email AI assistance helps you draft or improve email text before sending from accounts, contacts, or related screens.
Accounts / Contact / People → Email → CallProof AI popup (when AI is enabled)
Using Email AI assistance
- Start an email from an account or contact.
- If AI is enabled, the CallProof AI popup opens.
- Enter what you need help with (or edit the draft).
- Tap Submit to generate AI text.
- Review, edit, save as template if available, then send or use the text.
Features include
- Need AI Assistance? – Placeholder when the draft is empty.
- Submit – Generate AI email content.
- Edit draft – Change the text before sending.
- Save / Use Template – Save or reuse AI email text when available.
- Enablement required – Needs AI (and chatbot where applicable) turned on.
