What is Call from Accounts?
From Accounts (and related contact/people screens), you can call a number with Twilio when enabled, or fall back to the device dialer.
Accounts → open account / people / phones → Call
Using Call from Accounts
- Open an account and find phone numbers.
- Tap Call.
- If Twilio is enabled and caller ID exists, CallProof places a Twilio call.
- If Twilio is not available, the native dialer may open instead.
- After the call, activity is logged in CallProof when using Twilio.
Features include
- Account call shortcut – Call without opening Home dialer first.
- Twilio preferred – Uses CallProof Voice when enabled.
- Native fallback – Device dialer when Twilio is off / unavailable.
- Multiple numbers – Choose among contact phone numbers when listed.
