What are Account actions from a task?
From a task, you can open the related account to call, set an appointment, submit event forms, add notes, and use other account options.
Tasks → tap the task / account → account details / actions
Using Account actions from a task
- Open Tasks.
- Tap the account linked to a task.
- Use account actions such as Call, Message, Appointment, Event Forms, Notes, Opportunities, People, and more (as available).
- Return to Tasks when finished.
Features include
- Open related account – Jump from follow-up to account context.
- Call / message – Contact the account (Twilio or native when enabled).
- Appointment – Check in / schedule visits.
- Event forms – Submit field forms.
- Notes and history – Review or add notes.
- Other account tools – Labels, images, directions, opportunities, people when available.
