My Email
Screen purpose: Review the CallProof system emails that were sent to you — reports, exports, notifications, and other automated messages — and open any one to read it in your browser.
- See your personal list of CallProof emails
- Open an email type to view the full message
- Check the send status of each message
- Jump into your subscription settings from a name link
- Page through older emails
Screen title (page header): Emails
Browser title: My Emails
Quick Links label: My Email
Address: /mail/emails/
Navigation: Personnel Icon Hover →subscriptions →Quick Links →My Emails
How this differs from other email screens
| Screen | Address | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| My Email (this page) | /mail/emails/
|
CallProof emails sent to you (reports, exports, system notices). |
| Mail Queue | /mail/
|
Company-wide queue of CallProof system emails (searchable; managers use this more). |
| Email Inbox / Outbox | /em/
|
Your connected mailbox emails synced to contacts (Gmail, Office 365, IMAP). |
| Rep Subscriptions | /mail/users/
|
Choose which CallProof emails each user receives. |
How to open My Email
Option A — Quick Links
- Sign in to CallProof.
- Open Mail Queue (
/mail/) or another Mail screen that has Quick Links. - Click My Email.
Option B — Direct address
- Go to your CallProof site and add
/mail/emails/. - Press Enter.
Permissions
- You must be signed in.
- This list shows only your emails (filtered to the logged-in user).
- Anyone who can sign in can open their own My Email list.
- Opening a name may open Rep Subscriptions for that user — managers typically use that to change settings.
What you see on the screen
Header
- Emails title
- Paginated table of your messages (newest first)
Table columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| (photo) | Your profile image / title image / initials |
| Name | Your name (and Manager if applicable). Click to open subscription settings. |
| Type | Kind of CallProof email (for example an export or report). Click to open the full email. Date appears under the type. |
| Status | Send status of that email (for example whether it was sent, queued, or failed — shown in title case). |
If you have no messages, the table shows: No emails found.
Why My Email matters
| Action | Purpose | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Browse list | Confirm CallProof actually sent you a report or export. | “Did my export email go out?” |
| Open Type | Read the email content in the browser without digging through your inbox. | Export links, report bodies, notifications. |
| Check Status | See whether the message completed sending. | Troubleshooting missing emails. |
| Open Name | Jump to subscription settings for that user. | Turn reports on/off if you get too many (or too few). |
Open an email
Steps
- Open
/mail/emails/. - Find the row you want.
- Under Type, click the email type name (for example a report or export name).
- The full email opens in a new browser tab at
/email/<hash>/. - Read the message. If it includes download links or attachments in the HTML, use those links from that view.
Good to know
- The Type label is the email’s category name (underscores become spaces; special case: AI Call Summary Notification).
- The date under Type is the created date (
YYYY-MM-DD). - If the hashed email cannot be found, CallProof shows Email not found and returns you to the home page.
Check status
Steps
- Look at the Status column for the row.
- Compare it with what you expected (sent successfully vs still waiting / problem).
- If status looks wrong and you never received the message in your real inbox, check:
- Spam / junk folders
- Your subscription settings (are you opted in?)
- Mail Queue (company view) with a manager
Open subscription settings from a name
File:MyEmailSubscriptions.png
Name opens Rep Subscriptions
Steps
- On a row, click the Name.
- The Rep Subscriptions popup opens for that user.
- Review which CallProof emails are turned on.
- Click Update if you change anything.
Good to know
- This is the same subscription editor used from
/mail/users/. - Use it when you want fewer (or more) automated emails going forward — My Email itself only shows history.
Typical workflow
- Open Mail Queue → Quick Links → My Email (or go to
/mail/emails/). - Scan Type and date for the export/report you expected.
- Click the Type link to read the email in a new tab.
- Confirm Status.
- If you no longer want that kind of email, click your Name and update subscriptions.
Tips and important notes
- My Email = CallProof system mail to you. Inbox/Outbox (
/em/) = your connected personal/work mailbox synced to contacts. - This screen has no filter panel — it simply lists your emails newest first with pagination.
- The page header says Emails, the browser tab says My Emails, and Quick Links say My Email — all refer to the same screen.
- Opening Type shows the stored HTML version of the email CallProof sent.
- Managers who need a company-wide search should use Mail Queue (
/mail/) instead.
Need help?
- No emails found: you may not have received any CallProof system emails yet, or subscriptions may be off
- Type link says Email not found: the message may have been removed; ask support if you still need it
- Expected a report but don’t see it here: check Rep Subscriptions, then ask a manager to check Mail Queue
- Looking for contact conversation email: use Email Inbox / Outbox at
/em/, not My Email - Other issues: email support@callproof.com
