Accounts are your company contacts in CallProof. From the Accounts screen, you can find, view, and manage the businesses you work with—search them, filter them, and take action on each account.

Using Routes

Open Routes and use Current Route for today's stops, or Saved Routes to load a saved one (My Routes, All Routes, or Assigned Routes). Add accounts from Accounts, Places, or the map (including lasso).

On the current route, you can open the map, optimise the visit order, save the route for later, or clear it. Reorder or remove stops as needed, then tap a stop to call, start an appointment, get directions, or open the account.

1. Current Route

Your active stop list for today. Accounts you add appear here so you can visit them in order.

2. Saved Routes

Saved routes you can reuse later. Includes:

  • My Routes — routes you created
  • All Routes / Assigned Routes — shared or assigned routes (managers see more)

3. Add Accounts to a Route

Add stops from Accounts, Places, Tasks, or the map (including lasso). Each account becomes a stop on the route.

4. Map View

See all route stops on a map so you can visualise the path and navigate between them.

5. Optimise Route

Reorders stops for a more efficient visit order. Options:

  • Keep Starting Point — first stop stays fixed
  • Keep Start and End — first and last stay fixed
  • Optimise using Current Location — starts from where you are now

6. Save Route

Give the current route a name and save it so you can load it again later.

7. Clear Route

Removes all stops from the current route to start fresh.

8. Reorder / Remove Stops

Drag to change visit order, or delete individual stops from the current list.

9. Assign Route to Reps

Share a saved route with other sales reps so they can use the same plan.

10. Actions on Each Stop

From a stop, you can typically call, message, email, start an appointment, get directions, open the account, add notes, and more.
