What is All Accounts / Only My Accounts?
This switch controls whether you see every account available to you, or only accounts assigned to you.
Accounts → segment control All Accounts / Only My Accounts (Usually shown with Filters / account list header.)
Using All Accounts / Only My Accounts
- Open Accounts.
- Select All Accounts to see all accessible accounts.
- Select Only My Accounts to see only accounts assigned to you.
- Search and filters apply within the selected segment.
Features include
- All Accounts – Full list based on your security access.
- Only My Accounts – Accounts assigned to your user/sales rep.
- Security dependent – What you can see depends on company permissions.
