What is Email Account?
Email Account sends email to the account from quick actions or the More menu.
Accounts → Email button or More menu → Email
Using Email Account
- Tap Email on an account.
- Choose recipient email if multiple exist.
- Compose and send the email.
- Optional: use AI email assistance when enabled.
Features include
- Quick email action – Start email from the account row.
- Email list / manage emails – Work with company or people emails when available.
- AI email help – Draft support when enabled.
- Send from device mail – Completes through the mail composer/flow.
