Appointment
What is Appointment?
Appointment is a check-in/visit for an account. Start it when you arrive and end it when you leave.
Accounts → Appointment button or More menu → Appointment
Using Appointment
- Tap Appointment on the account.
- Confirm start when prompted.
- Work the visit (notes, forms, calls as needed).
- End the appointment when finished (from account/Home timer flow).
- Complete end-appointment notes or forms when shown.
Features include
- Start appointment – Begin a tracked visit.
- End appointment – Finish the visit and capture follow-up details.
- Active timer – Appointment state can replace Places with a timer while active.
- Linked activity – Appointment history stays on the account.
