Event Forms
What are Event Forms?
Event Forms are custom forms tied to an account—used for visits, orders, surveys, and other company workflows.
Accounts → Event / Event Forms action or More menu → Event Forms
Using Event Forms
- Open Event Forms on an account.
- Select the form to fill out.
- Enter required fields.
- Save/submit the form to the account history.
Features include
- Form list – Company-defined event forms.
- Fill and submit – Capture structured visit/order data.
- Account history – Submitted forms stay on the account.
- Appointment integration – Some forms can start/treat as appointment based on settings.
