Edit a task
What is Edit a task?
Edit opens an existing follow-up so you can change schedule, type, priority, assignee, notes, or status, then save.
Tasks → task row → Edit
Using Edit a task
- Open Tasks.
- Find the task.
- Tap Edit.
- Update date, time, duration, type, priority, Scheduled With, Assigned To, notes, recurring, or completion.
- Tap Update / Save.
- The Tasks list refreshes with your changes.
Features include
- Edit button – On each task row.
- Same fields as Add – Date, time, duration, type, priority, people, assign, notes, recurring.
- Update save – Writes changes back to CallProof.
- List refresh – Tasks screen updates after edit.
- Calendar update – Related calendar event can update when sync is enabled.
