Subscriptions (New Web)

(Rep Subscriptions). Lists reps and their email-report subscription settings. Open a rep to turn reports on or off. Often manager-only in the menu. Example: Manager enables a rep’s daily activity report. Key options: Rep Daily Activity; Manager Daily / Summary / Production reports; follow-up reminder; appointment report; unsubscribe and extra email recipients. Note: My Subscriptions for your own settings is a related item under the Subscriptions area, often at /mail/settings/your-user-id/.

My Email (New Web)

My Emails overview (New Web) Where it lives Mail menu → My Email / My Emails. Quick Links on related mail screens also include My Email. URL /mail/emails/ Important distinction This is not your Gmail or Office inbox. It is a personal history of CallProof system emails, such as scheduled reports and notifications sent to you. Linked provider email (Gmail, Office, IMAP) is under Personal Settings → Link Email Accounts at /em/ and /em/accounts/.

Update Profile Photo (New Web)

Opens a modal from the Personal Settings panel. Upload or replace your profile photo (JPG, PNG, or SVG). After upload, the sidebar avatar updates. Available to all logged-in users. Example: Rep updates their photo so dashboards and the sidebar show the new avatar. Upload endpoint: /users/images/user-profile-id/.

Set Time Zone (New Web)

Opens a modal; saves via /timezone/. Sets your user time zone so dates and times across CallProof match your local time. You can also turn off automatic time zone detection. Available to all logged-in users. Example: Traveling rep sets America/New_York so call and task timestamps match local time. Key options: time zone dropdown, Do Not Auto-Detect Time Zone.
