AI Voice
What is AI Voice?
AI Voice starts a spoken conversation with CallProof AI from the Sales Coach screen (when AI Voice is enabled).
CallProof AI → Voice button (black mic / AI Voice icon)
Also: Settings → AI Voice toggle (when available)
Using AI Voice
- Confirm AI Voice is enabled in Settings (if shown).
- Open CallProof AI.
- Tap the Voice button.
- Speak with the assistant.
- Return to text chat when finished.
Features include
- Voice button – Starts voice mode from the chat screen.
- Hands-free help – Useful while driving between stops (follow local laws).
- Settings control – Can be toggled in Settings when AI is enabled for your company.
- Separate from mic dictation – Voice mode is a conversation; mic is for typing by speech.
