Viewing Markets

Markets Index View

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
4. The Markets page opens.
5. View the list of available markets.
6. The page displays all configured markets and their details.

Adding a Market

Add Market

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
4. The Markets page opens.
5. Click the Add Market button.
6. The Add Market page opens.
7. Enter the required market details.
8. Click the Save button.
9. The new market is saved successfully and appears in the Markets list.

Editing a Market

Click the Edit (pencil) icon

Edit Market

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets

1. Log in to your CallProof account.

1. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.

1. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
2. The Markets page opens.
3. Locate the market that you want to edit.
4. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the market.
5. The Edit Market page opens.
6. Update the required market details.
7. Click the Save button.
8. The market is updated successfully.

Deleting a Market

Delete Market

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
4. The Markets page opens.
5. Locate the market that you want to delete.
6. Click the Delete (X) icon next to the market.
7. A confirmation message appears.
8. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
9. The market is deleted successfully from the Markets list.

Managing Market Users

Delete Market

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Markets

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Markets.
4. The Markets page opens.
5. Locate the market that you want to manage.
6. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the market.
7. The Edit Market page opens.
8. To add a user to the market, click the Add User link and select the required user.
9. To remove a user from the market, click the Delete (X) icon next to the user's name.
10. Click the Update button to save any market changes, if applicable.
