What are CallProof Voice Settings?

CallProof Voice Settings manages Twilio voice options such as your voicemail greeting and automatic text replies.

How to navigate

Settings → CallProof Voice Settings (only shown when Twilio is enabled for your account)

Using CallProof Voice Settings

1. Open CallProof Voice Settings from Settings.
2. Tap Record Voicemail to record or update your greeting.
3. Tap Auto Text Reply to set automatic SMS replies.
4. Return to Settings when finished.

• Record Voicemail – Record a greeting callers hear.
• Auto Text Reply – Configure automatic SMS text replies for voice workflows.
