What is Search Accounts?

Search finds accounts by company name or other fields you have selected in filters.

How to navigate

Accounts → search bar (“Search for Accounts”)

Using Search Accounts

1. Tap the search bar on Accounts.
2. Enter a keyword (company, city, etc. based on selected search fields).
3. Use quotation marks for exact phrases when needed (example: "Used Car").
4. Clear search to return to the full filtered list.
5. For best results, enable only the search fields you need in Account Filters.

Features include

• Keyword search – Match against selected fields.
• Multi-field search – Company, city, state, ZIP, street, phone, email, and other available fields.
• Exact phrase tips – Quotes improve exact-name matching.
• Clear search – Reset the search text quickly.
• Faster results tip – Fewer selected search fields usually means clearer, faster results.
