How to navigate

Accounts → Account Filters → Sort → Need to Contact or Recently Contacted

Using Sort by contact activity

1. Open Account Filters → Sort.
2. Choose Need to Contact for oldest last-contacted first.
3. Choose Recently Contacted for most recently contacted first.
4. Work the list from top to bottom for follow-ups.
