What is Call member?

Call member lets you dial a teammate’s phone number directly from Member Detail using your device’s phone dialer.

How to navigate

Member Detail → Call button (top-right of profile card)

Using Call member

1. Open Member Detail for another teammate (not your own profile).
2. Tap the Call button on the right side of the card.
3. Your phone dialer opens with the teammate’s number.
4. Complete the call from your device.
5. If no phone number exists, CallProof shows “Contact number not available.”

Features include

• Call button – Green call icon on the profile card.
• Native dialer – Opens device phone call flow.
• Phone number required – Needs a valid teammate phone number.
• Hidden on own profile – Call button is hidden when viewing yourself.
• Event tracking – Call action is logged in CallProof.
